Photo Signature Frame - Congratulations

If there are lots of people coming to a special event, these frames enable the guest of honour to remember who came to the party, and also enable the guests to scribe some sentiments to the guest of honour. Space for a 6' x 4' photo in the centre, bordered by a white matt board, and then framed with a black frame. 'Congratulations' is printed in the middle above the photo space. Comes complete with it's own pen.
