Postage Options
At Gifted Memories, I know how important it is to be kept informed of the ordering process. Using the internet to spend your hard-earned dollars can sometimes be a bit daunting, and also a bit scary. Rest assured that you will be kept up-to-date with what is happening with your order and when it has been dispatched. You can log in to your account on Gifted Memories at any time and see what process your order has made. Estimated Delivery Times and MethodsEmail Certificates Emailed within 1 business day after payment is received. Unframed CertificatesPosted the next business day after payment is received. Posted in a rigid A4 mailer. Please be advised that these do not fit in some mailboxes and therefore you may be left a red card in your mailbox to collect your item from the local post office. Please also remember that these times below are estimated, and may vary seasonally or due to other reasons that I am not in control of. If items are needed by a certain date it is always better to err on the side of caution and purchase the Express Post option for a few extra dollars.

Framed CertificatesPosted within 1 business day after payment is received using either Standard eParcel, Australian air Express or Express Post eParcel. You will receive notification when it has been shipped. Personalised Bracelets Created within 1 business days and posted by Australia Post. Insurance is compulsory. Most other items Packaged and posted within 1 business day of payment being received, using Standard eParcel/Australian Air Express/Express Post eParcel for larger items over 500gm. Delivery should be expected within the guidelines below, but again, are only estimations and may vary due to seasonal reasons.
