Postage Options

At Gifted Memories, I know how important it is to be kept informed of the ordering process.  Using the internet to spend your hard-earned dollars can sometimes be a bit daunting, and also a bit scary.

Rest assured that you will be kept up-to-date with what is happening with your order and when it has been dispatched.  Delivery is generally by Australia Post, using standard mail or eParcel for the larger parcels, although Couriers can be organised at an extra cost if the order is extrememly urgent (i.e - needs to arrive within 2 business days).

Delivery Times and Methods

Day You Were Born Certificates

Posted the next business day after payment is received.  Posted in a rigid A4 mailer.  Please be advised that these do not fit in some mailboxes and therefore you may be left a red card in your mailbox to collect your item from the local post office.

Framed Day You Were Born Certificates

Posted within 2 business days after payment is received using eParcel.  You will receive notification when it has been mailed, long with a tracking number.

Other certificates

Posted within 2 business days after payment is received. 

All other gifts

Packaged and posted within 1 business day of payment being received, using eParcel for larger items.

Carriers - Australia Post and eParcel, Express Post, Courier

Delivery Times

International Postage - options are either Air Mail or Express Courier International (trackable).  Delivery times vary, however, Air Mail usually takes around 4 - 6 business days, and ECI usually takes around 2-5 business days.
