FAQ's

Business Hours

Monday - Friday  .  My hours of business are sometimes unusal (even in the evening), hence why there is no contact number on my ‘Contact Us‘ page.  You will get a faster response via email as these are often answered when out of the office. 

Public Holidays, Saturday and Sunday - closed (although often I am working and most emails will get answered within 24 hours).

Upcoming holidays for Gifted Memories where no orders can be processed until my return - 28th December to 14th of January 2009.  To avoid disappointment, please make sure that all orders are received no later than 5pm on the 28th December 2008.

Payment

Payment can be made either via direct deposit (allow 1 - 2 business days to clear), or instantly by credit card, or by using Paypal, or money order. All details are available at checkout.

Phone Orders

Unfortunately phone orders are not accepted due to the way the payment gateway on my website is structured.  All orders need to be placed on the website so that you are able to keep track of the progress of your order, and so that I have all the details that you have written, rather than what may be mistakenly taken down by a phone call.

If you are uncertain about using the credit card details via my full secure 128-bit encrypted payment page, other options for payment are available upon going through cvheckout.

Shipping

For those that have ordered an ‘email only‘ product, you can expect to receive your emailed item within 1 business day.

For those that wish their certificates to be mailed, posting occurs the following business day.  Australia Post don‘t always strictly stick to their estimated delivery times, but please check my Postage Options page for estimated delivery times.

For those living overseas, International shipping is fine.  If you find that the check out process will not allow you to enter your country, please send me an email and let me know and I will add it within 24 hours.

Please note that there are no refunds once emailed/mailed. Please make sure that when you give the details of the recipient, that you double check all the information.  If information is incorrect and new certificates need to be created, charges will apply.

Refunds

Refunds are not available on certificates already emailed or posted as the information has then been provided.

If an item is damaged in the post, it will be replaced.  Please notify me within 2 days of receiving the item.

If the item is lost in transit (only 2 I have posted have ever been lost, never to be found), an inqiry will be lodged with Australia Post.  Please note that if the item is not insured, it cannot be replaced, and it is also very hard to track, especially if just a certificate.  It is for this reason it is recommended that you purchase insurance for an additional $3.

Gift Wrapping

Gift Wrapping and a gift card can be included at no extra cost for all items excepting certificates.  This is especially useful for those purchasing for someone living in another state or country. Please be sure to specify gift wrapping at check out.  Note that it is not available for certificates only (it‘s a bit hard to wrap a certificate unless it is framed).

Printing

The certificates are either printed on high-quality pre-printed paper, or on to pure white 80GSM acid-free permanent Australian made paper.
